Dates: Tuesday January 20, 2009 through Sunday January 25, 2009.

Cost: $700 **Subject to Change**

(Air Transportation to NYC and from Washington DC not included)

Details: Detailed tour information will also be sent to the students and their host families.

Meals: All Breakfasts & Dinners are Included. Lunches & Spending Money are the Responsibility of the Participants on the Tour. Air Transportation to and from the Tour is also the responsibility of the student.

Travel Rules for Students Flying

Into Newark (EWR) And Out of Reagan National Airport (DCA)

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS ARRIVING IN NEWARK, NEW JERSEY (EWR)

ON TUESDAY JANUARY 20, 2009 ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED TO

ARRIVE INTO NEWARK NO LATER THAN 2PM!!!!


Any student who is scheduled to arrive in EWR is instructed to go to the FOOD COURT in TERMINAL B at GATES B1 and B2 and stay there after they have picked up their luggage from baggage claim. There are plenty of tables to sit at with your luggage and wait for the TOUR LEADERS to meet you. That is where ALL STUDENTS are meeting. DO NOT LEAVE this scheduled meeting area. This FOOD COURT is located "OUTSIDE" of the secured area in Terminal B. This is the ONLY place the Tour Leaders will be able to meet you. Please DO NOT go anywhere else! If you have any questions or concerns PLEASE CALL the 1-800-647-8839 number for INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP, INC. There will be someone monitoring all traveling for all students on Tuesday 1/20/09 and on Sunday 1/25/09.

Students arriving into Terminal A and Terminal C will have to claim their luggage and then use the Monorail System to get to Terminal B. Please DO NOT be afraid to ask for assistance at the Airport.

Keep this Paper with you while traveling. If there are any problems or delays traveling to Newark Airport or returning from Reagan National Airport

Departure Time for Reagan National Airport (DCA) is

NO EARLIER than 8:30am on Sunday January 25, 2009.

NO LATER than 12:00pm on Sunday Janaury 25, 2009.

Remember to sign the RULES and bring them with you.

**Send a copy of your student's flight schedule by email, fax, mail or call it in to our office.**

4. Socks/Stockings

5. Under Garments

6. Pants or Nice Jeans

7. Sunglasses

8. Shirts/Sweaters/Sweatshirts/T-Shirts

9. One "Nice" Outfit for Dinner on Saturday

10. Passport and DS-2019 or I-20 Form Visas (J-1 & F-1)

11. Americans bring valid picture I.D or Birth Certificate

12. Spending Money for Lunches, Shopping and Extras

13. Camera and Film

14. Prepaid Calling Cards to Call Home to Check-in OR Call Collect

15. Appropriate Personal Items (glasses, contacts, female necessities, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shavers, blow dryers, comb/brush, etc.)

16. Homework, if applicable.

For the Dinner/Dance, NO wearing of denim (jeans) or sneakers will be permitted.

All girls should wear a nice dress or skirt outfit. The boys should wear nice pants/slacks, dress shirt, tie and nice shoes. Again NO sneakers or jeans!

No "revealing" outfits will be permitted.
